Embraer and Fatec open registration for designer program

The Faculty of Technology (Fatec) from São José dos Campos, in partnership with Embraer, Registration is open until Monday (13) for the selection process, which will select 40 newly trained technicians for the Embraer Designers Program (PPE). Registration must be done via the website www.embraer.com.br/ppe.

The objective is to train professionals to work as aeronautical designers. Young technicians trained among 2009 e 2011 in courses in exact areas such as: mechanics, Electrotechnical, mechatronics, projects, telecommunications and others. The PPE will be carried out in partnership with Fatec, which will offer a certificate to participants.

Candidates will take an in-person technical knowledge assessment test, design, Portuguese and English. Those approved in this phase will participate in interviews and group dynamics. The PPE will take place at Embraer's facilities and will last six months.

During this period, those selected will be full-time interns from Monday to Friday.. Beyond the bag, the intern will have benefits such as medical insurance, life insurance, transport and food.

The courses and technical visits will be conducted by Embraer professionals and the PPE classes will be taught by Fatec professors and external consultants. The first PPE class will start in April. Technicians who successfully complete the program may be hired as needed by Embraer.
