Project description:
Project consists of an automatic feeding and removal system for magazine bars and tubes, through trolley-type bottom feeders, and overhead crane type, allowing the verticalization of the stock of materials reducing the storage area, identification and electronic access at all levels of shelves and handling without the direct physical presence of the operator, providing, agility, safety and reduced operating costs. Tower capacity up to 72 tons with shelves that can accommodate up to 24 cribs with capacity for 3 tons in each level. System can be modulated into sets of 6 up to towers 6 metros de altura, resulting in a storage capacity of approx. 430 Tons.
