I would like to know if you can create(simple nothing very well done, functional) a bus stop billboard(those who spin, I will attach a photo), I want something homemade about 35cm wide by 40 cm tall(this is the box, where the photos will be viewed), and with a timer 10 seconds or less.

The project 1: I want to create an Instagram timeline, where photos will be shown, he has to show a photo, break 10 seconds(or less) then another photo, pause 10 seconds(or less) and so it goes. Then go back to the initial photo. The paper on which the photos will be placed is cardboard that will rotate, However, the photos have the dimensions of 30 cm x 35 cm. I need access to this part to be able to take and place the roll with the photos.

The project 2: The same objective as above, but creating a retro projector with pen drive reading, because then I could put as many photos as I want(slide). With button "to connect" (In case you feel like it and it reads the pen drive and projects it onto a screen that will be on the plastic front(resistant, type galalite) transparent), the image has to appear correctly, not inverted like a computer screen.
Example: creates the normal retro projector that people teach on YouTube with for cell phones.
